Two women have been arrested over the demise of an eight-month-old girl after a “medical incident” at a daycare centre.
Police have been known as to an incident at Tiny Toes Nursery in Cheadle, Greater Manchester, on Monday afternoon.
The girl was taken to hospital, the place she later died.
Greater Manchester Police talked about the two women, aged 35 and 34, have been being held on suspicion of manslaughter.
The energy described the demise as “heartbreaking”.
Det Supt Phil Duffy talked about: “Our hearts exit to the little lady’s household, who’re understandably shocked and saddened.
“We’re doing every thing we will to offer them the solutions they deserve.
“Officers continue to work to establish the full facts and establish the circumstances.”
